With your continued support, this is only the beginning of what can be achieved for disadvantaged and suffering kids here in Bulgaria.

We would like to make this year’s event very special and different – we have thrown the event open to all with no restriction on participation – the only qualification is a desire to help, a bike and a voluntary donation according to your means.

When? Saturday, 4th October 2008, departure FROM SOFIA by bus – meet at 8 a.m. Alexander Nevski Square

Where? Borovetz- Sofia. Start FROM BOROVETS at 11 a.m. Expected arrival back to Sofia – 5 p.m. Distance – approx. 80 km.

Your company/organisation can also help either by sending a team of 3-5 participants or by sponsoring the event.

Additional information: The route has been coordinated with the relevant municipalities and police departments. The group will have a police and ambulance escort, as well as a bus for those that do not wish to ride the whole distance.

All participants take part at their own risk. All participants are reminded of the need to wear helmet, guard against heat exhaustion, over-exertion, ensure regular fluid and food intake and to carry the correct clothing in case of possible inclement weather.
